BEUBC Membership

The BEUBC offers two levels of Membership:

• Platinum Members or Founding Sponsors: which includes a fixed amount of free consulting services from the Secretariat, to be agreed at the time of taking out membership, plus the opportunity to benefit from additional individual consulting services from the Secretariat at a discounted rate if required thereafter. • Bronze Members or Ordinary Sponsors: which includes the same basic membership benefits but without any free or discounted consulting services. Click here to download a Bronze Membership Form

BEUBC Membership fees are as follows:

• Platinum Members or Founding Sponsors: €10,000 per annum
• Bronze Members or Ordinary Sponsors: €2 000 per annum

Benefits and Services:

There is a dedicated Secretariat office in Brussels, shortly to be complimented by a Secretariat office in Minsk.

The services to be offered will be determined by Council Members and by the budget available, but the following are indicative of what we would recommend as basic services for Members:

• Registered office addresses in Brussels and Kyiv, with dedicated secretariat staff and dedicated telephone and fax numbers.
• Bilingual capability in Brussels and Minsk (Russian/English),including telephone answering service and the ability to host business centre services including virtual offices for visiting members’ business needs.
• Conference room facilities at office addresses that may be used for member client meetings.
• Advisory and information service provided by in-house research.
• Weekly Press Monitoring service on EU Belarusian affairs.
• Monthly Trade Monitor focussed in particular on Business, Trade and Economic Development issues.
• Dedicated BEUBC website updated on a daily basis.
